We are offering light, delicious mediterranean-style dishes combined with the local traditional gastronomy.
The mediterranean influence is emphasised in the kitchen technology that we use, namely roasting and grilling.
When it comes to seasoning, the rich usage of fresh, locally grown herbs is determining. The game of the surrounding forests, the wild mushrooms and the fruits represent the local gastronomy.
We hope that we succeeded in combining the above-mentioned two styles on a high level so that we can satisfy our guests more and more.
