The program is led by a team whose members are linked to the truffle in one way or another.

The guests take a light walk of 1 to 2 hours in a truffle growing area near the hotel, during which they can observe how the trained dogs search for and find the truffles, which grow underground. During the walk the fungus experts explain the basics of truffle hunting and provide a lot of interesting information.
